HIRE US AS YOUR STATUTORY AGENT - BUSINESS ACCOUNT

We offer statutory agent services to the types of businesses listed below. 

We also offer some optional services, which we will explain as you create your account.

You are in the right place if you fall in one of these categories:

• Existing Arizona LLC or Existing Arizona corporation.
• You do not have a statutory agent and you want to hire us; or 
• You have a statutory agent, but you want to switch to us.

• Do-It-Yourself LLC or corporation. YOU will prepare the documents to form a new Arizona LLC or a new Arizona corporation and you want to hire us as your statutory agent.
• You may file your documents with the Arizona Corporation Commission online or on paper forms.
• Online. f you file online, you do not need the paper forms, but you may nevertheless find the "Insructions" for the paper forms helpful when completing the online forms.
• Paper. After you create your account with us and remit payment, we will send you links to ALL the paper forms (and "Instructions" for each form) you will need to form a new Arizona LLC or a new Arizona corporation.

• Foreign LLC or Foreign corporation. You already have an LLC or corporation in another state. You want to file documents with the Arizona Corporation Commission to get approval for your company to do business in Arizona.

We also offer:

• White Glove Service - to get a new Arizona LLC in 1 business day.

• Note: we offer White Glove Service for new Arizona LLCs, but we do not offer that service for a new Arizona corporation.

• Concierge Service - available for some new clients. This service is explained when you create your account; OR you may learn more about it NOW.

After you create your account with us, select the services you want, and remit payment, you will automatically receive an "Activation Email" from us:

• With a link to ALL the paper forms and "Instructions" for each form.
• With LINKS to:
• Get an EIN in minutes.
• Get a DBA ("doing business as" name, if desired).
• Get a business license (if needed).
• Get a TPT license (tax license, if needed).

Volume Discount Account. If you want us to be the statutory agent for two (2) or more companies, then you may qualify for a Volume Discount Account. DON'T open a Business Account (below), go HERE instead.

To set up your account, we need to ask you TWO questions:

"Recurring Payment"  or "Non-Recurring Payment"?

"Recurring Payment" - Only $60 for one full year of Statutory Agent Services -- our best rate. "Recurring Payment" means the annual fee is billed automatically to your credit card or debit card.

"Non-Recurring Payment" - Only $90 for one full year of Statutory Agent Services. "Non-Recurring Payment" means we send you an invoice for the annual fee and you manually remit payment by check or money order, but also includes payment by credit card or debit card that IS NOT set up for automatic annual billing, which means you must click on the payment link in the invoice and then manually enter your credit/debit card information. Go HERE for more info...
