FILING: DO-IT-YOURSELF or CONCIERGE SERVICE

Your completed and signed documents must be FILED with the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC") by YOU or by US. Here are the choices:
  • YOU can file your documents by mail or hand-delivery to the ACC. If you have an online account with the ACC, you may upload your documents. This may take more time, but unless you are truly pressed for time, filing your own documents is more economical. If, however, you file your own documents and subsequently change your mind for any reason (e.g., filing rejected by ACC, not sure what forms to file), send us an email and let us know. We will simply add Concierge Service to your account and we will take over.
OR
  • WE can file your documents electronically with the ACC for you. This is our Concierge Service, which explained below.

This MAY help you decide.

  • YOU should file your documents:
    • If you are able to hand-deliver the documents to the ACC today (or very soon), then YOU should file the documents with the ACC.
    • If you have an online account with the ACC and you are confident you can complete and upload all the required documents accurately, then YOU should file the documents with the ACC.
    • If getting your documents to the ACC in the next 3 to 10 days is acceptable, then YOU should mail the documents to the ACC.
  • WE will review and then Electronically File your documents with the ACC. This is our Concierge Service. This service is for clients who: (1) do not have the time to assemble the required documents, (2) do not want to file documents with the ACC themselved, (3) would like us to review all documents before they are submitted to the ACC. We have a special account with the ACC, so all documents we send to the ACC are sent electronically.
    How does this work?
    • YOU file. As soon as you set up your account with us and remit payment, we complete the "Statutory Agent Acceptance" form (ACC Form Number M002), enter your business name on the form, sign the form, date the form, and then we email it to you. This is not an automated process; one of our executives completes and signs this form. You attach our signed form to your completed forms. You will pay all the ACC's filing fees. You may write a check payable to the "Arizona Corporation Commission" (don't use the abbreviation "ACC" on your check) for your filing fees, and then you file your documents (e.g., mail, hand-delivery) with the ACC's office. If you file you documents online with the ACC, you may upload our signed form, along with the other documents necessary for your particular filing.
    • WE file
      • For some filings, the information you enter when you create your account may be enough for us to electronically file your documents without you having to physically sign any documents.
      • For some filings, you may still need to fill out some documents, but we will tell you exactly what is needed. You may send those documents to us via fax or email

What is included in the Electronic Processing and what is the fee?

    • We review the documents you send us to make sure there are no obvious errors with your forms.
    • It is possible the ACC may reject your filing. If so, they send the rejection to us electronically. If it is something we can fix, we simply fix it and resubmit the documents electronically (no additional fee) to the ACC. If it is something you must fix (e.g., signature, additional forms), we will let you know. You send us the corrected and/or additional documents, then we resubmit the documents electronically (no additional fee) to the ACC.
    • We receive notification electronically from the ACC when your documents have been approved. We will let you know right away via email when we receive ACC approval of your documents.
    • The Electronic Filing Fee is $395.
