- With NO cancellation fee
- Cancel some services or all services
- Cancel by mail, email, phone, fax or our cancellation form
A common complaint we hear from new clients is that canceling their prior service was difficult, time consuming, frustrating and/or accompanied by previously undisclosed fees. You will experience none of those problems here. We don’t want to see any of our clients leave, but we recognize that clients sometimes need to terminate our statutory agent services. It’s just business and we understand. We’ll be here if you need us again in the future.
2 EASY STEPS
STEP 1 - NOTIFY US
You may notify us by any ONE (not all) of these five methods:
- Mail: Complete this FORM and mail it to us, OR
- Fax: Complete this FORM and fax to: 602-255-0431, OR
- E-Mail: Cancel@ArizonaStatutoryAgentServices.com, OR
- Phone: 602-255-0101 (if you get voicemail, leave your name, telephone number and (if applicable) you company name.
For BUSINESSES: You may cancel statutory agent services for one company (i.e., corporation, LLC, PLLC, LLP, PLLP, etc.) or more than one company (if we serve as your statutory agent for more than one company). You may cancel statutory agent services for ALL of your companies or just some of your companies. It’s just business, so if you cancel services for one or more companies and then later decide you want to hire us again to act as your statutory agent for a new or existing company, you can do that too; just complete and send in the necessary forms.
For LANDLORDS: You may cancel statutory agent services for one property or more than one property (if we serve as your statutory agent for more than one property). You may cancel statutory agent services for ALL of your properties or just some of your properties. It’s just business, so if you cancel services for one or more properties and then later decide you want to hire us again to act as your statutory agent for a new or existing property, you can do that too; just complete and send in the necessary forms.
STEP 2 - WE CONFIRM
WE CONFIRM and YOU CONFIRM. To prevent unauthorized persons from canceling your service, we will send confirmation via fax and/or e-mail to the contact information YOU gave us when you signed up. Your cancellation is effective as soon as you confirm. If you signed up for “Recurring Payment,” we will take care of canceling that for you.
