HELP

What do you need HELP with?

• PAYMENT
• • To Pay Invoice: 
  • • Login to your account (top/right corner). 
    • The Invoice should show up (bottom/right corner) in your account as a "Message" and/or "Balance due: $$$."
    • Click on the "Message" or "Balance due" link. 
    • Follow the prompts and pay the invoice.
  • Trouble Paying: If you are having trouble making payment through AffiniPay and/or LawPay - GO HERE
• CAN'T LOGIN
• • If you get an error message when trying to login, log out, then try to login try again.
    
  • Check that you are using the correct email address to login. You must use the email address of the "Primary Point of Contact."
  • Check you password (it is case sensative) or reset your password.
  • If that does not solve the problem, call us or send us an email.

• SWITCH TO "RECURRING PAYMENT"
• • To switch from "Non-Recurring Payment" to "Recurring Payment" - GO HERE

• CLOSE ACCOUNT
• To close your account - GO HERE
• To cancel one or more services, but NOT close your account - GO HERE
• REINSTATE ACCOUNT
• • If your account has lapsed, expired, or been closed (by you or by us) AND you wish to reinstate your account - GO HERE
• EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
• To update your account and/or contact information:
• Login to your account (top/right corner). 
• Click on your name or name of your business (top of page after you login).
• You will see "My Profile."
• Scroll down and click "Edit Profile."
• Not all information can be edited. If you want to change information on your Profile, but that field cannot be edited, then simply send us an email. Tell us the "current" information and the "new" information; we will make the change for you.
