VOLUME DISCOUNT ACCOUNT - BUSINESS

For both new and existing clients, we offer a Volume Discount Account ("VDA"). When you hire us as the statutory agent for more than one business (i.e., LLC, corporation, partnership), then the annual fee goes down $10 for each additional business (see schedule below).

To qualify for a VDA, all that is required:

1. Hire us as your statutory agent for two or more businesses.

EXAMPLES:

• Two LLC's - you qualify!
• Two corporations - you qualify!
• Two partnerships - you qualify!
• One LLC and one corporation - you qualify!
• Any combination of LLC's, corporations, or partnerships where you hire us as the statutory agent for two or more businesses - you qualify!

AND (either A or B, below)

2. Payment for ALL businesses must be made as follows:

(A) Recurring Payment – All businesses must be set up for “Recurring Payment.”

  OR

(B) Non-Recurring Payment – All businesses must be set up for “Non-Recurring Payment.”

AND

3. Payment must be made by the same person. Whether paid via Recurring Payment or Non-Recurring Payment, one person must remit payment for all companies included in the VDA.

For NEW clients:

• Review the rate charts below to see how much of a discount you will receive.

• Click the button (at the bottom of this page) to set up a Volume Discount Account. You will give us some information, then we will set up the rest of your Volume Discount Account for you and send you an invoice.

For EXISTING clients – if you want a VDA, then send us an e-mail.

• Include this information: your name, existing company name, the name of each additional company you want to add to your account, and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions. 

• Simple, right?

We will set up the rest of your VDA on our end and send you an invoice.

RECURRING PAYMENT

* This is the maximum discount.

EXAMPLE 1: New client has 3 businesses and selects “Statutory Agent Services (ONLY)” for all 3 businesses. The annual fee will be $150 ($60 + $50 + $40).

EXAMPLE 2: New client has 3 businesses and selects “Statutory Agent Services AND Arizona Business Address Service” for all 3 businesses. The annual fee will be $320 ($120 + $110 + $100).

EXAMPLE 3: New client has 3 businesses and selects “Statutory Agent Services (ONLY)” for 2 businesses and “Statutory Agent Services AND Arizona Business Address Service” for 1 business. The annual fee will be $210 ($60 + $50 + $100).

NON-RECURRING PAYMENT

* This is the maximum discount.

EXAMPLE 1: New client has 3 businesses and selects “Statutory Agent Services (ONLY)” for all 3 businesses. The annual fee will be $240 ($90 + $80 + $70).

EXAMPLE 2: New client has 3 businesses and selects “Statutory Agent Services AND Arizona Business Address Service” for all 3 businesses. The annual fee will be $420 ($150 + $140 + $130).

EXAMPLE 3: New client has 3 businesses and selects “Statutory Agent Services (ONLY)” for 2 businesses and “Statutory Agent Services AND Arizona Business Address Service” for 1 business. The annual fee will be $300 ($90 + $80 + $130).

• List just one company now. In the "Comments" section, list the names of the other companies. We will contact you to set up your Volume Discount Account.

EXISTING CLIENTS: Send us an EMAIL with the name(s) of the business(es) you wish to add to your accunt. We will set up the rest of your VDA on our end and send you an invoice.
