• We submit all forms electronically to the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC") - for the fastest possible processing.
• We PAY all filing fees to the ACC:
• • $150 value ($50 regular filing fee plus $100 next day service). Because we have a special business account with the ACC and we file your Articles of Organization electronically, we are able to get your new Arizona LLC approved in ONE (1) BUSINESS DAY.
  • $210 value ($10 regular filing fee plus $200 next day service). We order, receive and send you a Certificate of Good Standing ("CGS") on the same day the ACC approves your LLC.
• Our in-house attorney reviews the Articles of Organization for your new LLC before we file it with the ACC.
• We notify you as soon as we receive ACC approval.
  
• We receive the ACC's email and accept the appointment as your Statutory Agent.
  
• We arrange to have the Articles published and pay the fee (if necessary, not all Articles must be published).
  
• We provide you with initial business organization documents: 
• Minutes of FIRST Meeting of Members,
• Minutes of Regular Meeting of Members,
• Employer Identification Number ("EIN") Application, and
• Disclaimer Agreement (if you are married and want to own the LLC as your sole and separate property).
• Operating Agreement for LLCs with 2 or more members.
