1. Statutory Agent Service ONLY

You MUST have a statutory agent. Every Arizona business (e.g., LLC, corporation, partnership) and every foreign business that is doing business in Arizona, is required by law to have a statutory agent. Therefore, at a minimum, you need Statutory Agent Services.

2. Statutory Agent Service AND Arizona Business Address Service

EVERY business MUST have a business address. 

What qualifies as a "business address?"

  • A corporation MUST have a physical street address in Arizona and cannot use a post office box. 
    • if you do not have a physical street address, then you need this service.
    • If you do have a physical street address, but for some reason you do not want to use that address, then you may want this service.
  • An LLC MUST have a business address, but it does not need to be in Arizona and it can be a post office box. Note: you will need to pay a fee for a post office box and you must check it regularly.
  • if you do not have an address you can use as your business address, then you need this service.
  • If you do have an address you can use as your business address, but for some reason you do not want to use that address, then you may want this service.


More information about a "Business Address" for a corporation or an LLC:

  • If you have a retail store in Arizona, you may use that as your Arizona business address for a corporation or LLC.
  • If you operate out of your home (in Arizona for a corporation, any state for an LLC), you could use your home address as your business address, BUT your "business address" (i.e., your home address) will appear on the Arizona Corporation Commission's website, which is easily accessible by everyone on the Internet.

Our Arizona Business Address Service lets you use our physical street address as your company's business address, but is not used for "general mail" (go here for more info).

  • This service is only $60/year (less than the fee for a post office box and you will not need to periodically check check it). 
  • Again, you MUST have a business address, but don't pay for services you do not need. Make the choice that best suits you and your business.
