You MUST have a statutory agent. Every Arizona business (e.g., LLC, corporation, partnership) and every foreign business that is doing business in Arizona is required by law to have a statutory agent. Therefore, at a minimum, you need Statutory Agent Services.

2. Statutory Agent Service AND Arizona Business Address Service

EVERY business MUST have a business address. What qualifies as a "business address?"

• A corporation MUST have a physical street address in Arizona and cannot use a post office box.
• An LLC must have a business address, but it does not need to be in Arizona and it can be a post office box (you will need to pay a fee for a post office box and you must check it regularly).

For a corporation or an LLC:

• If you have a retail store in Arizona, you may use that as your Arizona business address.
• If you operate out of your home (in Arizona for a corporation, any state for an LLC), you could use your home address, BUT your "Arizona business address" (i.e., your home address) will appear on the Arizona Corporation Commission's website and is easily accessible by everyone on the Internet.

This service is only $60/year (less than the fee for a post office box and you will not need to periodically check check it). Again, you MUST have a business address.
