INITIAL DOCUMENTS for LLC

  • Initial documents for a 1-Person LLC: $49
    • Initial Documents include: Resolutions, Minutes of First Meeting of Members, Minutes of Meeting form {for subsequent meetings}, Disclaimer Agreement {for sole and separate property if member is married}, Federal Employer ID Number information and application.
    • Initial Document Package is $49. You need not pay now. We will send you an invoice and then email you the Initial Document Package.  
  • Initial documents for a 2 or more Person LLC: $149
    • Initial Documents include: Operating AgreementResolutions, Minutes of First Meeting of Members, Minutes of Meeting form {for subsequent meetings}, Disclaimer Agreement {for sole and separate property if member is married}, Federal Employer ID Number information and application.
    • Initial Document Package is $149.  You need not pay now. We will send you an invoice and then email you the Initial Document Package.
  • Who needs "Initial Documents"?
    • Anyone who is forming a new LLC (but NOT including White Glove Service because Initial Documents are already included).
    • Anyone with an existing LLC but only if some or none of the Initial Documents were NOT completed when the LLC was originally formed.
