Initial Documents include: Operating Agreement, Resolutions, Minutes of First Meeting of Members, Minutes of Meeting form {for subsequent meetings}, Disclaimer Agreement {for sole and separate property if one or more members are married}, Federal Employer ID Number information and application.

Who needs Initial Documents?
Anyone who is forming a new LLC (but NOT including White Glove Service because Initial Documents are already included).
Anyone with an existing LLC if: (1) some or none of the Initial Documents were not completed when the LLC was originally formed or (2) you are not happy with the forms you have (or don't have any at all) and want to start using these forms now.
