FILING: ELECTRONIC, MAIL, or HAND-DELIVERY
Your completed and signed documents must be FILED with the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC") by YOU or by US. Here are the choices: - YOU can file your documents by mail or hand-delivery to the ACC. If you have an online account with the ACC, you may upload your documents.
OR- WE can file your documents electronically with the ACC for you.
 This will help you decide.
- YOU should file your documents, if:
- You are able to hand-deliver the documents to the ACC today (or very soon), then YOU should file the documents with the ACC.
- You have an online account with the ACC and you are confident you can complete and upload your documents accurately, then YOU should file the documents with the ACC.
- Getting your documents to the ACC in the next 3 to 10 days is acceptable, then YOU should mail the documents to the ACC.
- WE should Electronically File your documents for you, if:
- You must, need, or want your documents filed within one (1) business day (i.e., today or tomorrow).
- You want us to review the documents you submit and handle the filing and, if necessary, resubmit documents to the ACC if your documents are rejected by the ACC.
How does this work? - YOU file. As soon as you set up your account with us and remit payment, we complete the "Statutory Agent Acceptance" form (ACC Form Number M002), enter your business name on the form, sign the form, date the form, and then we email it to you. This is not an automated process; one of our executives completes and signs this form. You will have the signed form within one (1) business day; when possible, we try to email it to you the same day. You attach this form to your forms, write a check payable to the "Arizona Corporation Commission" (don't use the abbreviation "ACC" on your check) for your filing fees, and then you file your documents (e.g., mail, hand-delivery, etc.) with the ACC's office.
- WE file. You send your completed and signed documents to us via fax or email. For some filings, the information you enter when you create your account is enough for use to electronically file your documents without you having to physically sign any documents. We calculate the filing fee to file your documents with the ACC. We send you an online invoice for the ACC filing fee and our Electronic Filing Fee. You pay the online invoice. We then attach the completed and signed Statutory Agent Acceptance form to the documents you sent us. We file all the documents electronically with the ACC. The ACC deducts your filing fee from a deposit account we have with the ACC (which is why we include the ACC's filing fee when we send you the online invoice). Electronic Processing (which includes electronic filing of your documents) is done within one (1) business day (when possible, we try to file the same day) after we receive: (1) your documents and (2) payment of the online invoice.
What is included in the Electronic Processing and what is the fee?
- We review the documents you send us to make sure there are no obvious errors with your forms.
- It is possible the ACC may reject your filing. If so, they send the rejection to us electronically. If it is something we can fix, we simply fix it and resubmit the documents electronically (no additional fee) to the ACC. If it is something you must fix (i.e., signature, additional forms, etc.), we will let you know. You send us the corrected and/or additional documents, then we resubmit the documents electronically (no additional fee) to the ACC.
- We receive notification electronically from the ACC when your documents have been approved. We will let you know right away via email when receive ACC approval of your documents.
- The Electronic Filing Fee is $195.
